HGV Breakdown Assistance and Mobile Repair in Bromsgrove
A vehicle stopped at the roadside is costing you money by the hour. We attend breakdowns and carry out mobile repair to get it moving again, and we sit minutes from M5 Junction 5 and M42 Junction 1, which covers a lot of the network quickly.

What you get
A straight answer on the phone
Ring us with where the vehicle is and what it is doing, and we will say whether we can reach you and how soon. If we are not the right answer for where you are stood you need to know that in the first minute, not after an hour of waiting.
Air, braking, ABS and EBS
The most common reason a commercial vehicle stops, and the systems we are approved on — WABCO, Knorr-Bremse, SAF and Haldex.
Put right where it stands
Where the fault can be cleared at the roadside we will clear it there. Carrying the right diagnostic equipment to the vehicle is what decides whether it moves again that day.
Between M5 J5 and M42 J1
Aston Fields Industrial Estate sits a few minutes from both, which puts a lot of the network around Worcestershire and the West Midlands within quick reach.
How it runs
- 1
Call 01527 870400
Tell us where the vehicle is, what it is doing and whether it is loaded. Those three things decide what we send and they are quicker to say than to type into a form.
- 2
We tell you what we can do, and when
An honest time rather than an optimistic one. If we cannot reach you quickly enough to be any use, we will say so while you still have time to call someone else.
- 3
Roadside repair, or back to our own workshop
Where it cannot be fixed where it stands, the workshop and the test lane are on one site — so it goes to one place rather than being passed between a recovery firm and a garage.
Why operators use us for this
You are talking to the workshop
Not to a call centre that then has to find someone. The people who answer the phone are the people who will do the repair.
Approved on the systems that fail
An authorised service centre for WABCO, Knorr-Bremse and SAF, and Haldex ABS and EBS diagnosis is one of the things we do most.
A test lane at the other end
If the vehicle is due or the fault affects braking, the DVSA lane is on the same site, so the test does not become a second journey.
Fifty years of knowing what it usually is
Most roadside faults are a short list of things. Experience is what turns a description on the phone into the right van arriving with the right parts.

Breakdown questions
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends entirely on where you are and what else is running. Call 01527 870400 and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you and how soon — you need a straight answer immediately, not an optimistic one.
Can you fix it at the roadside?
Often, yes. Air and braking faults, ABS and EBS warnings, electrical faults and lighting are the usual roadside jobs and they are the systems we are approved on. If it cannot be done safely at the roadside we will tell you and get it to the workshop.
Do you cover the motorway network?
We are on Aston Fields Industrial Estate, minutes from M5 Junction 5 and close to M42 Junction 1, so a lot of the network around Bromsgrove, Worcestershire and the West Midlands is quick for us to reach.
What happens if the vehicle has to come off the road?
Tell us on the phone and we will say what we can arrange. Where a vehicle cannot be repaired where it stands, our workshop and our DVSA test lane are on the same site, so it goes to one place rather than being passed between a recovery firm and a garage.
